Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide
1. Verify Receipt Functionality is Enabled
Before troubleshooting hardware issues, ensure that receipt functionality is enabled for your terminal in the Finix Dashboard.
2. Check the Receipt Paper
- Ensure that there is sufficient paper in the roll.
- If the paper is low or empty, replace the receipt roll with a new one. If you need to order more receipt paper, please contact our Support team .
3. Inspect the Terminal's Printer
- Open the receipt roll cover.
- Remove any dust and paper scraps.
- Check for any obstructions that could block the receipt roll.
- Inspect for loose or broken parts.
4. Test the Printer
After completing the inspection and any necessary cleaning or replacement:
- Close the receipt roll cover securely.
- Attempt to print a test receipt.
