The PAX A77 is a hybrid tabletop and handheld payment terminal for use with the Finix API. It uses Wi-Fi or 4G LTE to connect with the internet.
Connecting the Device
The PAX A77 terminal comes with a USB-C cable and an AC power adapter.
To setup the PAX A77 terminal, connect the power adapter or USB-C cable to a power source.
Hold down the power button until the screen lights up and follow the on-screen instructions to install any updates and get the terminal connected to the internet.
Once connected to the internet, setup your terminal with Finix using the Device

The PAX A77 payment terminal can connect to the internet using:
- a Wi-Fi network
- 4G LTE
We strongly recommend using a Wi-Fi network to connect the PAX A77 to the internet.
